Terribly sorry I've been away. Here's what I have to say about thangs as of now... after a time of laying on the floor to watch OLN and read email Johnny and I decided to hell with the flooo, we needed a couch, and so we got one. Nice and antiquey. Our upstairs decor is something of an old man (and the couch smells a bit of one as well), while our bedroom is something like a crate and barrel japanese room... I like both rooms quite a lot actually.
So I got a job and started today... I'm the administrator lady in charge of coordinating this pilates studio in longmont. While it's in longmont, which sucks, the people there are pretty cool and it seems like this job is super flexible with other stuff I'd like to do. It's not what I've decided to make my "career" or anything quite like that, but it's a cool place to start out here I think. I guess I'll start takin some classes soon, and, if I can get the balls (or an equivalent) to ride out there, I'll attempt to ride to work some... it's not too far for all you biker boys, but for me, there and back, it is.
I'm back to reading the Chronicles of Narnia... haven't read them in quite a while and I recently found an edition with all the books, so I thought it would be a fun read. And in addition to "chronicles" John and I have watched tons of commericals for the Lance Chronicles which I feel like are on all the time, and yet we've only seen one episode or whatever you shall call it. Seen lots of commericals for some sort of surfing thang too, but I think the commericals are all there is of that... there is not really a show.
Went on a super nice hike last Sunday up on Mesa Trail near Eldorado Springs. It was an easy two hour hike, but really pretty and a great day for it. Saw lots of fun looking dogs and even a bear... well maybe not. After my hike I went up to Eldorado Canyon State (?) Park to get some trail info. It was a choatic mess! People were all looking up at the rocks ahead and at least three ambulances passed me into the park. Apparently a climber had fallen. I didn't stick around; I figured I should just get my trail maps and get the hell out of the way of the fire trucks and whatnot that were coming up behind me to get in.
And that what's been happening with me...
