John and I slept in till noon yesterday. After we got up and ate I started getting a icky stomach ache and lay on the couch in a little ball. John left on a ride and I went back to sleep. When I woke up again at 5 pm I found that I was feeling much better, but had wasted practically the entire day to sleep. Blah. So, I went for a walk and decided what the hell, I'd give the day over to lazinesss and really get out and about tomorrow (today).
Saturday we went for a hike at Button Rock near Lyons. It was a nice ~4 mile hike with a nice little view of the area with a couple snowy peaks way off in the background. John learned me about dirt dams and about a dirt dam busting and destroying a penn. town in one night back in the early 1900's. Scary.
