Weekend Past

This past weekend was man weekend, only because at one point there were five guys hanging out in O'Neal hanging out with beer, chips, and giro on tv. Not that I'm complaining. It was fun. Brett came down Friday for the Boulder stage race stuff and stayed with us all weekend. Then, John's cousin Jason and his buddy came up from Aurora for a visit. Finally, Tim came down to see "Off Road to Athens." It was an awesome weather weekend, warm and sunny. The sun always cheers me up and gets me going. We went and watched the Off Road movie Saturday night. I really enjoyed it. I thought it was really well done and entertaining. The crowd really got into the movie as there were lots of cheers, eews and awws, and insults thrown at the screen. It was a good time. Sunday, John and I went up to Heil Ranch. He pedaled up, I ran up. I was proud of myself. It was a good run for me and I'm not much of a trail runner at all. We ended the fun weekend with a feast of sushi and mochi. Good time.
