Carry On vs. Checked - What Goes Where

In Carry On Luggage you can bring:

- Baby formula and breast milk ONLY if a baby or small child is traveling

- All prescription and over-the-counter medications (liquids, gels, and aerosols) including KY jelly, eye drops, and saline solution for medical purposes; -- Thankfully KY Jelly was listed first

- Liquids including water, juice, or liquid nutrition or gels for passengers with a disability or medical condition -- The rest of the passengers? Too f'in bad.

- Life-support and life-sustaining liquids such as bone marrow, blood products, and transplant organs; -- I'd rather check my liver thank you very much

- Items used to augment the body for medical or cosmetic reasons such as mastectomy products, prosthetic breasts, bras or shells containing gels, saline solution, or other liquids; and, -- This is just plain funny

- Toy Transformer Robots -- But not REAL Transformer Robots (this was really on the list)

In Checked Luggage Only:

- Cattle Prods

- Throwing Stars

- Nunchakus

- Cheese in pressurized containers

- Jell-O's

- Canned or jarred goods such as soup, sauces, peanut butter, fruits, vegetables and jellies

- Gel shoe inserts - Gel shoe inserts are not permitted, but shoes constructed with gel heels are allowed and must be removed and screened.

- Ice picks

- Meat cleavers

- Sabers or Swords

After reviewing this list Scott pointed out that cattle prods and pressurized cheese was a dangerous combo, while Alia just questioned who exactly was traveling with both a gel-filled bra and a cattle prod.
