Excellent weekend thus far. Friday was my last day so a bunch of us went out for drinks after work. It was a great turnout and a fun sendoff. When I arrived home John was watching "Sid and Nancy" so I watched the last 10 minutes, which is basically just the two of them ODing and being crazy.Saturday was fun as well. We had a bunch of the guys from the bike shop John works over for dinner and entertainment. I ate a ridiculous amount of food which I am still paying for by the way of heartburn from hell. I thought I was going to die last night.
So far today, Robin and I went and watched cute Hayden Christensen teleport around the world with the mischievous Samuel L. Jackson hunting Hayden down while also sporting some sort of powder white hairstyle that amused me greatly. It was an entertaining flick. I wouldn't say it was earth shattering or award winning but I enjoyed it. It was perfect for a cold Sunday afternoon.
President's Day tomorrow = free fun day, followed by my first day at my new job. I'm way excited. Now if only I can kick this dang heartburn. : D
